Offered to onsite residential older communities
This is a creative and social ongoing workshop offered to older adults of our community, providing a space to share their rich stories in a nourishing, inclusive and relaxing group atmosphere.
The group program creates a point of social contact, a place to feel safe, whilst participating in stimulating, creative and fun engagement.
It is not an art class to learn art technique, though various art mediums are used to make creative responses to focused intentions.
Life experience, life story, memories, loss, success and wisdom will all be reflected on and explored in gentle, guided sessions. Participation often leads to an increased sense of joy, connection to self and others, an enhanced sense of belonging and new perspectives.
Offered onsite, we can come to you! Groups can be tailor made depending on interests of participants, and can be ongoing or for a set time period.
Coming together to create and share stories makes the heart sing and allows the individual to shine.
